My name is J.P.H.
Or Jonas Peter Hedqvist if you want to give it a try. However, I prefer to think of these three letters as  short for my go to quote, “Just perfect, Honey!” Something you will hear many times during my classes. And rightfully so. You are already perfect in oh, so many ways.

I am here to make wellness fun, available and accesseble for everyone. Not to play on your insecurities. No matter your age, gender, background or level of fitness: I am  here fore you! Creating a fun and social fitness experience. 

My classes are designed to boost your confidence and make sure you always have the best time in a group with likeminded individuals, no matter if we meet on Zoom or IRL. 

My classes are suitable for everyone no matter your level of fitness, body type, gender or background. Or as one of my house gurus, the mighty RuPaul Charles, would put it: “We’re all born naked and the rest is drag”

Andrum Spa
Andrum Spa, writing spa history while developing the first spa and wellness sanctuary within the Swedish State Church.

Jonas has most recently 2018-2019, been responsible for the creation and launch of Andrum Spa, a state of the art facility that will compete with the leading spas in Europe and the world.
He created the overall theme and concept with an specific focus on creating unique treatments, rituals, classes, wellness programs, and an exclusive wellness members club. Already after two months in business the spa was running for full capacity and has already been featured in most prominient magazines.

 

Selma Spa
Selma Spa, the first ever destination spa in northern Europe and still the most prestigeous and most well-known spa brand in Sweden and Norway since 25 years, appointed Jonas 2017-2018 in order to bring the brand in to the future.

Renewal and modernisation of the full spa concept in order to support a further development of the famous Selma Spa brand to cater to a new target group of more concious spa goers.

Jonas created a concept, introducing more holistic treatments, rituals and wellness group classes to rejuvenate, energize and strenghten the Selma Spa Brand. 

South Beach Concept Management
Working for South Beach Concept Management, Miami, USA, with some of the most respected industry leaders as his clients.

 
Here, for the first time he was able to combine his experiences from the entertainment business, health and wellness and business development to create a number of successful spa and wellness experiences. From stand alone signature treatments to comprehensive year long assignments and high end projects. 

The DIVA WerkOut is designed to challenge body and mind, bring harmony to your soul and give a strong focus to your day. All as it showers you with happiness, sweat and dance energy. It’s suitable for everyone, no matter your level of fitness, and incorporates elements of  yoga, strength conditioning and, above all, dance styles such as commercial, burlesque and vogueing. High heals optional!
